A multi-functional building, Hotel MAK is a newly-refurbished building situated in a strategic place in Žilina, on M.R. Štefánika Street.

Hotel Mak is situated next to the main routes to Martin and Poprad, close to the roads leading to the town centre, close to a central orientation point – the Tesco Hypermarket. It is one of the highest buildings in the area. The building has its own car park. There is a 24-hour Reception with pleasant and professional staff.
The building includes commercial areas for rent, suitable for company, office or other use. These areas also have their own bathrooms, the possibility to use a kitchen free of charge, are air conditioned with ceiling heating, and have a data connection.

Within the hotel area there is also a training room with a capacity of 30 places.
Part of the complex comprises catering establishments: a stylish restaurant with roulette and billiards for  more demanding customers, as well as an Irish restaurant with a regular menu.
